1. User Responsibilities: Please provide truthful and accurate information. Do not impersonate others, and inform me promptly if your information changes or if you believe it has been compromised.
2. Personal Information: Your personal information may be used solely for work purposes. By using my services, you consent to this use.
3. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your usernames and passwords. Notify me immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Public Space Acknowledgment: Participation in public forums creates no expectation of privacy. Content you share may be seen and used by others, and you do so at your own risk.
5. Modifications: I reserve the right to modify these terms and to charge fees for my services. If you disagree with any changes, please inform me.
6. Content Ownership: You must own or have permission to use any content you provide. You grant me rights to use that content as necessary for the services offered.
7. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify me from any claims or liabilities arising from your content.
8. Usage Restrictions: Do not use my services in violation of any laws or rights. I reserve the right to terminate services for inappropriate conduct.
9. Intellectual Property: Using my services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights. You may not use my content without permission.
10. Communication: By using my services, you consent to receive communications electronically. All notices are deemed delivered when sent to your provided email address.

14. Scope of Services: The Developer will provide the Services as set out in the Proposal. Any additional services the Client requires will be subject to further Agreement between the parties and may result in additional fees.
15. Changes to Terms:Terms may change, so please check back regularly. Continuing to use my services indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Links to Third-Party Sites: My website may contain links to third-party sites, which I do not control or endorse.
17. Compliance: Failure to enforce these Terms immediately does not waive any rights I may have to take action later.
18. Payment terms:The payment terms are agreed upon before starting the project. The Developer reserves the right to suspend or cancel services if payment is not received according to the agreed terms.
The Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties. It supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements, whether oral or written. By accepting these terms and conditions, the Client agrees to be bound by and comply with the Agreement. At NageshK Consultancy Services, we value every project and strive to deliver it on time. Our refund policy applies if a client is unsatisfied with the project and wishes to change their plan or request a refund.
Advanced Payment Policy: We require a 30% advanced payment before starting any project. If a client decides to cancel a project, they must inform us within two days after the advance payment. In this case, a full refund will be issued if requested within two days. After that, refunds are not available.
Refund Policy: A full refund will be given if the project has yet to be started or delivered. The advance payment will be non-refundable if the project has already started and the client requests a cancellation. No refund will be issued after the project has been delivered.
